As the world faces another time of uncertainty, businesses face numerous challenges and tough decisions. The landscape of companies worldwide changes depending on the state of various factors and, sometimes, elements that are not under our control. I think of businesses in troubled times like these as a tree during a hurricane. The storm can blow away half of the entire tree, but it will bloom again if its roots are still engrained in the soil. Even if the whole tree is uprooted, the hurricane will spread its seeds somewhere else, and before you know it, you’ll be faced with an entire forest! This is the same with business. Times of turmoil can leave the whole industry in disarray and chaos, but with time and patience, the roots a company plants will continue to grow and, eventually, bloom.


I think of Xennial Innovations as this tree.
